Alphaday is an open-source, chain-agnostic Web3 dashboard platform that aggregates real-time data, content, and community insights for over 35+ blockchain ecosystems including Arbitrum, Avalanche, Aave, Sui, and Zcash.
Pulse, our companion mobile app (55K+ downloads, 30K+ MAUs), delivers curated, interactive “content cards” that summarize key updates and ecosystem trends for users on the go.
Our experience in Web3 ecosystem growth, analytics, and UX design makes us well-positioned to build a custom CoW Protocol dashboard and Pulse campaign that engages traders, developers, and governance participants.
Grant Description
We propose to build a CoW Protocol Ecosystem Dashboard on Alphaday and a Pulse campaign to enhance CoW Protocol’s visibility, transparency, and community engagement.
Purpose:
To provide a centralized hub where users can:
- Track CoW Protocol’s social feeds, aggregated news, token stats, videos, DAO proposals, governance updates, ecosystem, and more.
- Discover content from CoW DAO and its broader DeFi ecosystem.
- Engage through educational Pulse cards, simplifying CoW concepts for a wider audience.
Intended Outcomes:
- Improve visibility and understanding of CoW Protocol among DeFi users.
- Drive increased participation in CoW DAO governance and CoW ecosystem.
- Provide CoW traders with curated data to make informed decisions.
- Strengthen brand reach via Pulse’s growing audience.
**Impact:**This collaboration would immediately extend CoW Protocol’s visibility across Alphaday’s 10K+ monthly active users (average session time: 9–17 minutes) and Pulse’s 55K+ mobile app downloads with 30K+ monthly active users and 10K+ daily card impressions.
The majority of our users were acquired through strategic partnerships with cryptocurrency projects. Alphaday primarily attracts experienced crypto enthusiasts who actively monitor specific tokens or projects on a regular basis, whereas Pulse attracts Gen-Z users to quickly swipe through daily updates.

Milestone 1 – Development & Deployment
Deliverables:
- Curate 25+ CoW Protocol–related content sources (social, analytics, governance, documentation, integrations).
- Design and deploy a fully branded CoW Protocol dashboard on Alphaday.
- Publish the first Pulse card highlighting a major feature or ecosystem update.
Acceptance Tests:
- Dashboard deployed and accessible publicly.
- Initial Pulse card published and live.
Success Metric:
- Dashboard adoption metrics (views, engagement), positive feedback from CoW team.
Duration: 6-8 weeks

Milestone 2 – UX Optimization & Maintenance
Deliverables:
- Regular updates to CoW Protocol content feeds, social integrations, and documentation.
- UI/UX improvements based on feedback from the CoW community.
- Ensure uptime, relevance, and scalability of dashboard widgets.
Acceptance Tests:
- Updated dashboard with improved navigation and content sync.
- All feeds and integrations are functional and tested.
Success Metric:
- Stable user engagement and improved dwell time on CoW dashboard.

Milestone 3 – Pulse Content Campaign
Deliverables:
- Publish 4-6 Pulse cards per month featuring CoW ecosystem highlights, feature updates, and governance recaps.
- Coordinate content scheduling and strategic cross-promotion across Alphaday and social platforms.
Acceptance Tests:
- Consistent publishing of impactful cards.
- Mobile analytics show engagement (impressions, CTR, swipes).
Success Metric:
- 10K+ impressions/month across Pulse and Alphaday combined.
Duration: Months 3-12 (quarterly)

Milestone 4 – Analytics & Reporting
Deliverables:
- Set up performance tracking (GA + Pulse analytics).
- Provide detailed quarterly reports: user sessions, impressions, engagement rate, traffic sources.
- Recommend future campaign strategies based on insights.
Acceptance Tests:
- Reports delivered and reviewed by the CoW team.
- Analytics dashboards are fully functional and verified.
Success Metric:
- Demonstrated growth in engagement metrics (CTR, returning visitors, Pulse interaction).
Duration: Quarterly after launch (Month 3-6-9-12)
