Overview
Zokyo is a blockchain security firm founded in 2018. We specialize in securing decentralized ecosystems through rigorous technical assessments, penetration testing, and long-term advisory support. Our mission is to help DAOs and ecosystem projects launch and operate with confidence by combining offensive cybersecurity, blockchain research, and token economic analysis.

Zokyo has worked with leading protocols including LayerZero, Filecoin, Chainlink, SushiSwap, and 1inch, auditing hundreds of smart contracts and securing assets worth over $300B. Our team includes blockchain engineers, security researchers, and cryptographers with hands-on experience across EVM, Rust-based, and other blockchain ecosystems, enabling us to support projects of any scale and complexity.

Rationale for Partnership

We propose a collaboration where Zokyo acts as a native audit and security partner for CoW DAO, supporting both grant-funded ecosystem projects and DAO initiatives — for example, initiatives aimed at enhancing cross-chain swap functionality or similar technical improvements within the CoW ecosystem.

Through this partnership, Zokyo will:

  • Provide professional audit and security services for CoW DAO grant projects.

  • Enable prioritized timelines to ensure fast and reliable security reviews.

  • Offer a 10% discount on all Zokyo services for CoW DAO members and grant recipients.

  • Host one-on-one security consultations with Zokyo Security Engineers for CoW DAO builders and grant participants, providing strategy sessions on securing their blockchain projects.

  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, including joint announcements, case studies, and social media features that highlight the CoW DAO’s commitment to security and ecosystem excellence.

  • Provide access to its global network, connecting CoW DAO projects with top-tier investors, security experts, market makers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth and adoption.

This partnership helps CoW DAO enhance the security and visibility of its ecosystem while giving its community direct access to one of the industry’s most trusted security partners.

Scope of Services

As a security partner, Zokyo offers a comprehensive suite of services that can be made available to CoW DAO and its ecosystem projects depending on their needs and funding programs.

Web3 Security

  • Smart Contract Audits

  • Blockchain Protocol Audits

  • Cryptography Audits

  • Exchange and Wallet Security Assessments

  • Fuzzing and Unit Testing

Cybersecurity

  • Web and Mobile Application Security Reviews

  • Cloud Security and Infrastructure Assessments

  • Wallet and Extension Pentesting

  • Web3 Threat Modeling

  • Red Team Engagements and Adversarial Simulations

Economic & Compliance Security

  • Token Economy Design and Validation

  • Due Diligence Assessments

Conclusion

By partnering with Zokyo, CoW DAO strengthens its ecosystem security and empowers its community to build with confidence. Our collaboration ensures that DAO-funded projects receive expert guidance, reliable audits, and strategic visibility that reinforce the DAO’s reputation for technical excellence and trust. Beyond audits, Zokyo aims to become a long-term ally to the DAO, sharing intelligence, supporting builders, and helping the ecosystem grow in a safe and sustainable way.

Thanks for your interest and for submitting these details. Right now this kind of partnership is not something that we are actively pursuing so I don’t think this would be a good fit.

Thanks for the response and totally understand your point.

Just to clarify: this wouldn’t necessarily need to be a heavy or resource-intensive partnership. What we had in mind is more of a lightweight collaboration framework that supports existing CoW DAO initiatives, especially around ecosystem security and grant-funded projects.

Security and audit marketplaces are getting more fragmented lately and many smaller builders struggle to access trusted providers. That’s exactly where we could bring value, helping CoW DAO maintain high security standards across ecosystem projects without adding extra overhead for the DAO itself.

We’ve been working with other leading ecosystem foundations in similar setups, and it’s been mutually beneficial: the DAO strengthens its security posture and we handle the operational side (audits, consultations, compliance checks, etc.) directly with builders.

Happy to share a few examples or keep this idea parked for later if timing isn’t ideal right now. just wanted to make sure the vision behind it was clear :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks and understood. We have had other service providers approach us with similar partnership ideas and, for the moment, this is just not something we are interested in pursuing.
