Grant Description:
SafeBlock is a decentralized multi-DEX aggregator built to deliver secure and efficient cross-chain swaps. Our smart order routing algorithm identifies the best swap paths across multiple chains while protecting users from MEV, frontrunning, and slippage. The project is fully deployed on BSC, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Ethereum, and Avalanche.
We plan to integrate CoW Protocol as a routing and liquidity layer within SafeBlock. This will enable our users to benefit from CoW’s unique batch auction system and MEV protection while increasing order flow and visibility for the CoW Protocol.
Experiences and qualifications:
SafeBlock is developed by a team of Web3 builders with deep experience in smart contract security, multi-chain infrastructure, and DeFi UX. Core team members have previously shipped successful blockchain applications, participated in protocol audits, and scaled Web3 startups. We are committed to building efficient and secure tools for DEX users.
This grant will fund our CoW Protocol integration and related tools to:
- Enable swap routing through CoW Swap for eligible trades
- Extend our cross-chain interface with CoW liquidity sources
- Educate users about CoW and SafeBlock via campaigns and documentation
This will enhance user security, deepen liquidity access, and grow usage for both platforms.

Specifics
Milestone 1 – CoW Protocol Integration & Testing
- Tasks: Integrate CoW Protocol routing into the SafeBlock aggregator.
- Deliverables: Smart contract integration with support for swap routing logic. Unit + integration tests. Internal audits.
- Outcomes: Seamless support for CoW-based trades on SafeBlock across at least two chains.
Milestone 2 – UX/UI Upgrade and Swap Optimization
- Tasks: Build frontend components to support CoW swaps. Optimize gas usage and MEV protection visibility.
- Deliverables: Updated UI with CoW Protocol swaps marked and selectable.
- Outcomes: Enhanced user experience with clear CoW integration.
Milestone 3 – Educational Campaign + Co-Marketing
- Tasks: Launch campaign to educate SafeBlock users on CoW Protocol’s features (MEV protection, batch auctions, privacy, etc.). Run co-marketing with CoW DAO.
- Deliverables: Blog posts, Twitter threads, Telegram posts, short explainer videos.
- Outcomes: Community onboarding, higher retention of CoW Protocol users.
Milestone 4 – Final QA, Reporting, Documentation
- Tasks: Full QA pass, usage reports, open-source publication of final code, and grant documentation.
- Deliverables: Project report PDF, open-source GitHub repo, snapshot statistics of impact.
- Outcomes: Transparent delivery and accountability.

Other Information
We’re already live on 7 major chains (ETH, BNB, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Avalanche). This integration helps extend CoW Protocol into those ecosystems.
