Background
I bring a blend of governance, grants, and leadership experience to the CoW Grants Committee.
As Head of Grants at Gitcoin, I oversee partnerships and programs, distributing tens of millions in funding over the last few years and honing my skills in designing, implementing, and managing programs. In addition to Gitcoin, my grants track record is varied:
- Governance experience across the wider Ethereum Ecosystem, including being the current OP govNERDs Lead
- Season 6 OP Grants Council
- Grantee experience with Polygon, Aave, Uniswap, and Ethereum Foundation.
- Since 2021, I have been creating and curating crypto grant resources, such as LlamaoGrants, Grantfarm, Karma’s Grant Program Directory, and the Crypto Grant Wire, and researching grant programs in crypto.
- Public Goods Steward for ENS
Before Web3, I spent years in leadership, managing multi-unit P&L at a tech solutions provider. I also served as Board President of a 501c3 Food Bank, driving a nationally recognized digital transformation initiative.
Motivation
I’m driven to join the CoW Grants Committee to help build a program that accelerates CoW Protocol’s mission. Having managed grants from both sides—program lead and recipient—I could contribute in these ways:
- Experience applying established frameworks for grants program management
- An eye to Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- A strong understanding of both programs and applicants’ needs
Availability
I commit the necessary time each week/month to the program’s success.
Past Contributions to CoW DAO
While new to the CoW DAO, my ecosystem-wide contributions (governance, grants, cross-DAO collaboration) demonstrate my experience. I’m eager to apply this to strengthen CoW Grants, blending operational excellence with a builder-first mindset to fuel growth.
