Relevant Experience
I bring a strong background in finance, governance, and strategic execution, with over a decade of experience in investment banking and fractional CFO services for startups. My expertise spans financial oversight, capital allocation, and risk assessment, all of which are critical for ensuring grants are distributed effectively to projects that align with DAO’s vision.
Key highlights of my experience:
- Governance & Financial Oversight: Founder of CFO Stars, where I provide financial leadership to tech startups, helping them structure funding strategies and scale sustainably.
- Investment & Grant Evaluation: Strong expertise in due diligence, fund management, and ROI assessment, ensuring resources are allocated to projects with tangible impact.
- Community & Ecosystem Growth: Collaborated with startups and investors, fostering transparent and data-driven financial decision-making within decentralized ecosystems.
With my finance-driven approach to capital allocation, risk management, and governance, I am confident in my ability to support Grants in identifying and funding impactful projects that contribute to the ecosystem.
Motivation
I am deeply aligned with DAO’s mission of optimizing decentralized trading and empowering innovation through grants. My motivation stems from:
- Ensuring financial sustainability: I want to ensure Grants allocate funds effectively, maximizing their long-term impact on protocol growth.
- Supporting high-potential projects: My finance expertise will help evaluate proposals strategically, ensuring they align with the Protocol’s roadmap.
- Enhancing transparency & accountability: By implementing clear financial oversight mechanisms, I can help create a more structured and data-driven approach to grant distribution.
By joining the Grants Committee, I aim to bring a finance-first perspective to decision-making, ensuring grants contribute meaningfully to the ecosystem’s expansion.
Availability & Commitment
I can commit 5-10 hours per week, participating in meetings, reviewing grant applications, and engaging with the community. Given my experience working with remote-first, decentralized teams, I am flexible with time zones and available for regular check-ins, voting, and strategic discussions.
I look forward to contributing my expertise to DAO and making a meaningful impact in the Grants Committee.
