Grants DAO Update: Safe Structure Change
Following the passing of CIP-63, the Grants DAO Committee has implemented updates to its Safe structure and governance processes to improve operational efficiency.
Safe Structure Update
- Grants will now be managed directly through the Grants Committee Safe (
gno:0xCA1F000D520c21C47E6c634DD31b92b91A6338bD
) for smoother execution. - Treasury transfers will still follow the CIP-approved address before being moved to the committee safe.
- Grant disbursements will now be executed from the Grants Committee Safe for improved efficiency and transparency.
Snapshot & Governance Adjustments
- The Grants Committee Safe now controls the Snapshot space for grant-related governance.
- A new HERD token has been issued to committee members, replacing the old soulbound system for voting.
As outlined in the CIP, these updates do not change the funding or approval process but streamline operations and governance.
Just wanted to circle back here and confirm that my application has been submitted. Thanks again for the opportunity and consideration.
