### [CIP-67: Switching to the Fair Combinatorial Auction](https://snapshot.box/#/s:cow.eth/proposal/0xf9ecb08c4738f04c4525373d6b78085d16635f86adacd1b8ea77b2c176c99d32) (Snapshot or Onchain)

Summary:

The proposal replaces CoW Protocol’s single-winner batch auctions with a fair combinatorial auction that lets several solver solutions clear in parallel. Simulations on historical data show about 33 % higher order throughput and more even surplus distribution, with activation targeted for 20 May 2025.

Vote: **For**

> As a recognized delegate, we vote for this proposal because it is clear that the upgrade brings a genuinely large improvement. Although some factors were necessarily excluded from the simulations, the evidence still shows the chosen design offers the best balance between better execution and solver workload. We expect the higher core throughput to meet growing demand and to handle heavier transaction volume, and we hope to see the rollout completed safely and without issues.
