I voted FOR I find it quite strange that there is no minimum valuation for the project. However, It seems to me that the Foundation is also interested in selling at a high price, since the DAO could use these funds to finance their activities and grants for protocol development, among other things. The Foundation also bears reputational and legal risks if a bona fide transaction is not reached.
