This is a huge milestone towards decentralizing CoW Protocol and its network of solvers further, which will also more easily enable CoW Protocol to be deployed on more networks, faster.

Just to be clear on the transition period and specification, new solvers who wish to enrol under the reduced bonding requirement will only go live after the transition period (circuit breaker + autopilot signing are live)?
