Sorry to nitpick on this, but would appreciate if you can fit the proposal into the formal CIP template.
There are no formal rules for dealing with CIPs that deviate from the standard format, so it shouldn’t change anything about the CIP process.
But I think it is a good practice to use the format for better readability and orderly review of CIPs.
